Admission Requirements

  1. Appointment with the director.
  2. Birth certificate. (Original is required for graduation.)
  3. Two passport or card size photos.
  4. Proof of payment of previous school.
  5. Conduct letter from previous school.
  6. Certificate of grades from previous school.
  7. Fill in data and health sheet.
  8. Sign letter of commitment to the institution at the time of enrollment.
